The dish was made of Pork Ribs,Cabbage,Carrots ,Celery and Soy Sauce. i am sure it has more seasoning but I don't know them.

its not a hawaiian dish. sounds more chinese to me. alot of chinese men married hawaiian women (there was a shortage of chinese women at the time) and what you think is hawaiian food is actually the hawaiian version of chinese food. suki
