Kaila is nice for a girl, I Like your spelling b/c it is not so popular.

I don't like Kavika, sounds to exotic or made up.
Reply:I like Lehua for a girl. It's a Hawaiian flower, and I think it's a very pretty name. Also:

Ena- glowing (girl)

Kai- sea (boy or girl)

Kala- sun or sunshine (girl)

Kanoa- the free one (boy or girl)

Kapua- the blossom (girl)

Kela- excelling (girl)

Kilo- stargazer (boy)

Koa- brave (boy or girl)

Lana- calm (girl)

Lani- the heavens (girl)

Lea- Goddess of canoe makers (girl)

Lei-lani- Heavenly (girl)

Leo-lani- Heavenly voice (boy or girl)
Reply:Girls: Leilani==%26gt;heavenly flower

Malia==%26gt;calm

Anela==%26gt;angel

Boys: Maleko==%26gt;manly

Nohea==%26gt;handsome

Palani==%26gt;free man

I looked up hawaiian baby names on google and these were the ones that I liked.
Reply:kai for a boy and kaila for girl is what i would choose.
Reply:Actually, "kai" is pronounced like kye (rhymes with eye), not kay.

Kai is a Hawaiian name meaning sea.

My daughter has "kai" in her name and it is mispronounced ALL the time.

So if you want it pronounced like kay, spell it like this:

Kaelani or Keilani

Kaela or Keila

tricolor
